Field Manager at Flagstaff : Western National Parks Association (WNPA), a private nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing visitor appreciation and understanding of national park resources, seeks a full-time year round retail Field Manager at Flagstaff Area National Monuments Headquarters with management of bookstores at Wupatki, Sunset Crater, & Walnut Canyon. Duties: manage WNPA retail staff at all parks; assist customers; order/receive stock; maintain display areas; sales accounting; inventories. Must be dependable, dedicated, self-starter, with excellent customer service & cash handling skills. Must work well with National Park Service staff. Required: High School diploma/GED; 3 years retail management experience; general PC skills. Regular travel to sites is required. Company car available. Must have good driving record. $16/hr + DOQ, plus benefits & FREE WNPA membership. Workdays are Monday-Friday approximately 40hrs/wk. Some weekends/holidays required. Duties: help with mailings, calling vendors and current/new customers about our books, follow-up on new publications sent out, help with membership and inventory mailings, filing/sorting invoices, data entry. Requirements: good PC skills and good organizational skills. We provide a complimentary annual WNPA membership to our dedicated volunteers.
