Western National Parks Association (WNPA) seeks  Sales & Information Associates to assist with the operation of the park store in our National Historical Park locations. Our newest associates will interact with customers and visitors to answer general inquiries about the affiliated park, the region, or available products.  Our associates uphold WNPA’s mission to create advocates for national parks and require using an innovative approach to blending a traditional retail experience with relevant park stories, emphasizing visitor education through a retail experience.

Responsibilities will include performing a variety of clerical and customer service related tasks associated with the stocking, merchandising and sale of products within the WNPA retail shop at the visitor center.  To foster a positive work environment through courteous, respectful and helpful interactions with visitors, park partners and co-workers. You will greets and interacts with visitors, monitors store activity and maintain the appearance of sales area, displays and inventory on hand.

Required Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED; accuracy with POS cash register; previous retail experience preferred; honest, dependable, helpful personality; ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs.
