Saturday, July 14
2 PM

This presentation by Dr. Dale Brenneman and Wendy Lotze, both board members of the Southwestern Mission Research Center, explores the missions of the Sonora region. The missions of Southern Arizona and northern Sonora, Mexico, remain standing today thanks to the diligent efforts of many over the centuries. An important part of the Southwestern Mission Research Center’s aim is helping preserve and conserve these special buildings for future generations. Learn about the history of the Southwest Borderlands and how you can experience these culturally valuable sites.
