Presented by Carol Zigalla

Shakespeare mentions inkles three times in his works: Love’s Labor Lost, Pericles, Prince of Tyre, and The Winter’s Tale. If you have no inkling of what an inkle is, come see Carol Zigalla’s talk and demonstration as she shows us how to dress and weave on the simple Inkle loom.

The Inkle loom is use to create beautiful, colorful, narrow weavings. The most common projects created with Inkle looms are coasters, wall hangings, belts and guitar straps. Participants will be given the opportunity to experiment with weaving on the looms.
