Rising 750 feet from the surrounding valley floor, the dunes preserved at Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve stand taller than any other in North America. Sand to Summit explores the fascinating story of the Great Sand Dunes system.

The Sangre de Cristo Mountains form an impressive backdrop to the undulating dunefield at their base. Sand to Summit examines the complex natural system that maintains the dunes, from the snow-fed alpine lakes amidst the peaks to the streams that embrace the sands in the valley below.

Filmed in Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, Sand to Summit brings the story of the dunes, the tallest dunes preserved in North America, to vivid life.

For reservations, please call during business hours, beginning one week prior to the event.
