If you haven’t visited the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, make your first visit an insider tour–an unforgettable behind-the-scenes tour of the nationally acclaimed museum. If you’re a frequent visitor, discover the museum’s hidden secrets.

The Desert Museum is home to 230 animal and bird species native to the Sonoran Desert. Desert grasslands, riparian corridors, mountain woodlands–a variety of habitats house the amazing animals that call this region “home”. On this tour you’ll visit Cat Canyon, Sheep Mountain and other landscapes that are often unreachable during a standard visit. You’ll learn about many desert dwellers, have an opportunity to feed treats to some of the museum’s furry friends, and experience what it’s like to be a Keeper. Learn, laugh, and leap–don’t miss this opportunity to have an enriched desert experience. And have your cameras ready!

$130 members/$175 non-members. Price includes transportation, lunch, expert interpretation, and all entrance fees. Lunch provided in the Museum restaurant. Limited to 10 participants.
